Learn every available way to access Yenuba from the mobile application or the web.

Before you start
Use the same method you used to create your account. Keep your registered email address or phone number available and check your internet connection.
- On the web, open Yenuba and select Sign in.
- In the mobile application, open Yenuba and wait for the sign-in screen.
- Never share a password or one-time code, even if someone claims to represent Yenuba.
Continue with Google
Select Continue with Google
Yenuba opens Google's secure sign-in screen.
Choose your account
Select the Google account associated with your Yenuba user.
Confirm access
Google returns you to Yenuba and opens your session automatically.
Continue with Apple
Select Continue with Apple
Sign in with your Apple ID when Apple asks you to.
Complete verification
Authorize access with the security method configured on your device.
Return to Yenuba
The application completes sign-in with the identity verified by Apple.
Sign in with a code sent to your phone
Select Quick sign-in
Select Phone as the channel.
Enter your number
Enter the 10 digits of the registered number. Yenuba adds the +57 code.
Choose how to receive the code
Select WhatsApp or SMS when both options are available.
Enter the code
Enter the 6-digit code you received to complete sign-in.
Sign in with a code sent by email
Select Quick sign-in
Select Email as the channel.
Enter your email address
Use the address registered with Yenuba and request the code.
Check your inbox
Find the Yenuba message, copy the 6-digit code and enter it in the application.
Sign in with email and password
Select Sign in with email and password
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Enter your password
Use your current Yenuba password and select Sign in.
If you do not have an account with a password yet, you can create one from this option and confirm the address through the link sent by Yenuba.
Recover your password
Select I forgot my password
This option appears on the email and password screen.
Confirm your email address
Yenuba sends a recovery link if an associated account exists.
Create a new password
Open the link, define a different password and sign in again.
Troubleshoot sign-in
- Check that the email address or number matches the one you registered.
- Review your spam and promotions folders.
- If you requested several codes, use only the most recent one.
- Check that the device's date and time are correct.
- If Google or Apple cancels the process, try again and complete all of its screens.
If the problem continues, describe the sign-in method and the message you see. Never send your password or a verification code.
