Access to Yenuba
Request a recovery link and set a new password on the website or in the mobile app.
Updated on October 9, 2026
This process changes your Yenuba password. You need access to the email associated with your account; you do not need your previous password.
On the sign-in screen, select Sign in with email and password.
Enter the email associated with your account and request the link.
Look for the recovery message and check your spam folder. The confirmation screen does not reveal whether an address has an account.
Continue in Yenuba or in the browser where recovery opens. Opening the password page without the link does not replace verification.
Use at least 10 characters and check that the requirement is met. You can show or hide the password to check it.
Once completed, you return to Yenuba. If the company chooser appears, select a company to continue. Use the new password the next time you sign in with email and password.
If you lost access to your email or the problem continues, describe what happened without including passwords or recovery links.
