Invite your team, change each person’s role, deactivate or reactivate their access, and send them a password link.

Where it is
Open the company and choose Users: on the web it is in the System group of the side menu, and in the app under More. You see the team, with each person’s role and whether their access is active; a switch at the top changes between the team and the invitations still waiting for an answer.
By default, the owner and the administrators can see the team, invite, change roles and deactivate. The other roles do not see this page unless the company gives them that permission in Access settings.
On the web, each action in the Actions column is a symbol. When you point at it, it says what it does, and a screen reader reads that action with the row’s name or email. Above each list, a legend explains the symbols it has:
Change role (a person with two arrows): you choose another role for that person.
Send password link (a key): they get an email to create a new password.
Deactivate (a struck-through circle) and Reactivate (the power symbol): you take away or give back their access to this company.
Resend (a paper plane) and Withdraw (an arrow turning back), under Pending invitations: you send the invitation again or cancel it.
Invite someone
1
Choose Invite
On the web it is at the top of the page, next to the Users heading; in the app, it is the button with a person and a plus sign in the top bar. It is always there, even if you are still the only person.
2
Enter their email and choose a role
You can only give your own role or a lower one. The owner role is never given by invitation.
3
Choose Send invitation
We email them, and the invitation appears under Pending invitations, with who sent it and until when it is valid.
An invitation is valid for 14 days. If the email got lost, choose Resend (the paper plane) on its row: it is sent again and valid for 14 more days. If it expired, it leaves the list: invite the person again.
You have to wait a minute between one send and the next.
If an invitation says Could not be sent, we saved it but the email did not go out. Choose Resend.
To cancel it, choose Withdraw (the arrow turning back) on its row. That person can no longer accept it.
Inviting does not use any company slot.
A company can have up to 200 open invitations at a time; to send another, withdraw one.
Accept an invitation
The invitation goes to the email the person who invited you entered. To accept it, sign in to Yenuba with that same email.
If you already have an account with that email confirmed, you see the invitation on your companies screen, on the web and in the app. On the web each invitation has two symbols, Accept (a check mark) and Decline (an X): when you point at them they say what they do, a screen reader reads the action with the company’s name, and a legend above the list explains them. In the app, tap the invitation’s three dots and choose Accept or Decline. Once you accept, the company appears in your list.
If you do not have an account yet, create it with that email: you join the company as soon as it is created.
If the invitation is no longer there, it may have expired or been withdrawn. Ask to be invited again.
How to register and confirm your email.
Change someone’s role
1
Choose Change role (the person with two arrows) on their row
A window opens with their current role selected.
2
Choose the new role and select Save role
The change applies to this company only. What each role can do is adjusted in Access settings.
Which permissions each role has and how to adjust them.
Choose Deactivate (the struck-through circle) on their row and confirm. That person loses access to this company at once; what they recorded is kept, and they stay on the list marked Deactivated.
To give them access back, choose Reactivate (the power symbol) on their row and confirm. They return with the same role they had.
Send a password link
If someone on the team cannot sign in, choose Send password link (the key) on their row. They get an email with a link to Yenuba: there they enter their email and receive another link to create a new password.
