Using Yenuba
Register your first company, understand how it is stored, and follow it until you can open it.

Each company lives apart from the rest: its products, its sales and its expenses never mix with another one. That is why you create a company before you record anything.
You need a free slot
Registration may assign a slot if one is available. A slot has an expiry date and can only be used while it is free and valid. If you used it, it expired or none was assigned, the form is not offered: contact support for help.
The name you type is the one you see everywhere in the application. Yenuba also builds an internal identifier from it, and shows it to you as you type so you know how the company will be stored. If another company already uses that identifier, a number is added at the end.
As you type, Yenuba also checks whether another live company already carries that name and tells you. It is a hint rather than the final answer: two people can be typing the same name at the same moment, so the creation is what decides. If the name is taken, choose another one.

It identifies the company to the tax authority and cannot repeat between registered companies.
The company is registered at once and starts being prepared. You get a free trial period.
Creating the company and making it ready are two different things. Yenuba prepares its space step by step and shows you which step it is on; it usually takes seconds.
With a free slot, or while you pay a Basic or Advanced subscription companies can be created in, the option to create another company appears on the screen where you choose one and, on the web, in the switcher beside the open company name too. In the mobile app, open the company name in the top bar, then open the full company chooser. If the create option is missing once the list has finished loading, it is usually because you have no free slot and pay no subscription the company can be created in. At most five of your subscriptions are checked, the first ones in your company list. On the web, if your slot or one of those subscriptions could not be checked, the option appears anyway and the dialog says so, with a button to check again.
If you create it in your subscription, the company gets that subscription’s plan, it does not spend your slot and nothing is charged separately. If you create it as an independent company, it spends your slot and starts on its own free trial.
