Ask questions about the guides when the web assistant is enabled, check its sources and recover a submission.

Check whether it is available
Sign in with your own account to use it. It is personal and does not require choosing a company. It is unavailable while an administrator uses See as to look at another account.
Ask a question and check the sources
1
Open the assistant from your account menu
On the website it is at the foot of the side menu. On a small screen, open the top-bar menu first. If the option is missing, the assistant is not enabled there.
2
Write a question about Yenuba
For example: How do I request account deletion? Select Send question and wait for the response status.
3
Read the documentation sources
The response links open the relevant guide and section. Check those instructions before acting; an assistant response can contain mistakes.
The assistant consults published documentation. It does not record sales, change permissions or plans, delete accounts or sign in for you. When it cannot find enough information, it may say so instead of giving unsupported instructions.
Reopen a conversation or cancel
Under Your conversations, reopen an earlier conversation or choose New conversation. Use the history controls to read more messages. While a response is in progress, Cancel response requests cancellation; wait for its status to confirm the outcome.
Cancelling does not delete the question or confirmed messages. Signing out or changing accounts hides the chat; sign in with the original account to read its available history.
Recover a submission or get help
If a submission could not be confirmed, use Recover this submission before starting another. It checks the same request to avoid duplicates.
If live updates pause, resume them to check the same response: this does not send another question.
If you reach the usage limit, try again later. If your session ends or requires two-step verification, sign in again.
Availability in the test version may differ from Yenuba. If the service does not respond, you can still read the guides without signing in.
