Using Yenuba
See each role's permissions in your company and change them when you need to give or remove something.

Open the company, go to Settings and choose Access settings. On the web it is in the side menu; in the app, under More.
Changes apply to this company only. If you have several companies, each one keeps its own settings.
The screen opens on Administrator. Each role is edited on its own.
They are grouped by module. Each box that differs from the default says so under it, and the number of changes shows above the buttons.
The change applies to everyone with that role in this company.
To undo a role's changes, select Back to the defaults and then Save permissions.
Some permissions can only be removed, never given to a role that does not have them by default. That way nobody can give themselves more power than their role has.
Opening Access settings requires permission to read permissions. Owners and administrators have it by default; coordinators and guests do not. Saving also requires permission to edit permissions and write access to the company.
The company's tax ID, contact details and location.
